Free Head Start preschool with meals, health screenings and family support at nine Tyler ISD elementary schools (Austin, Bell, Douglas, Griffin, Jones, Orr, Peete, Ramey bilingual, Rice). Children must be 4 by September 1 and meet federal income rules; 3-year-olds with a district-diagnosed disability may qualify. Registration is online starting January 15, with parent meetings from February 1.
