Mesquite Vet Center (VA counseling)
Free, confidential counseling for veterans, service members and families, for things like PTSD, depression and military sexual trauma. You do not need to be enrolled in VA health care or have a disability rating. There is no Vet Center in Henderson County. By appointment, counselors also see people at the VA clinics in Tyler and Palestine, so call the main number for the days.
