The South Dakota Department of Social Services Office of Energy Assistance helps households pay heating bills. Call to ask for an application. If you have a disconnect notice or less than 20 percent fuel left in your tank, call right away. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central.
