Food pantry, a Central Pennsylvania Food Bank partner. Serves We serve residents who live in the Solanco School District and certain parts of the Penn Manor and Lampeter Strasburg school districts. Give us a call to see you live within our service area.. Before receiving services, we will invite you to an appointment (in-person or over the phone) to complete an intake. This helps us learn more about you and how we can best help.
